Our organisation has two parts. The
first, Operation Heart Start St Andrews & East Neuk of Fife, is the
main organising structure and looks after policy, fund raising and
distribution of funds. The second is Heart Start St Andrews & East
Neuk of Fife which is concerned purely with BLS (Basic Life Support)
training. We hold regular committee meetings and with a view to
transparency, our minutes are available here. Click on the date to view
